✅ How to register: Guide

New year is a good time to bring new people into your community, and this is the registration guide.
You can register using two methods:
- Via your Telegram username (e.g. @SPuserName123).
- Via email.
Each method is described in detail below.
Registration via Telegram Bot
If you do not yet use the Telegram messenger, please install it and create an account. Make sure to set a Telegram username in your Telegram settings (for example @username123) in addition to your display name.
Step-by-step process
1. Send the /start command to the Novikoins bot or simply click here: https://t.me/NovikoinsBot
2. You will receive the message:
“⏳ Your request has been sent to the administrators. Please wait for approval…”
What happens next?
An administrator receives a notification in Telegram with two buttons:
✅ Approve
❌ Deny
If ❌ Deny is selected, the request is marked as denied and you will receive a rejection message.
If ✅ Approve is selected, the bot:
- registers you in the system
- creates your profile
- stores the following data: telegram_id, username (if provided), full_name.
You will then receive the message:
“✅ You are registered in the Novikoins system! … Explore the web interface: https://novikoins.com”
If you send /start again?
If you are already registered, the bot will reply:
“✅ You are already registered. Use /me”
If your request is still pending, the bot will reply:
“⏳ Your request is still waiting for admin approval…”
When registering via the Telegram bot, admin approval is required, but no email or password is needed.
After Successful Registration
You will be redirected to your profile page on the Novikoins website. From your profile, you can:
- Add or update your Telegram @username, add an email address.
- View your activity, balance, and rewards.
What to Do Next
Add your email address in your profile so you can set a password and enable faster login.
- Add your email and save it.
- Go to the password reset link: https://novikoins.com/reset
- You will receive an email from barterx911@gmail.com with a link to set a new password.
- Create and save your password.
After this, you can log in faster using saved credentials, Face ID / Touch ID (if supported by your device), or by manually entering your email and password.
Logging In Again via Telegram (Without Email)
If you logged out and want to log in again using Telegram:
- Enter your Telegram username (e.g. @userName123) on the login page.
- Click Log in.
- You will see a confirmation page asking you to approve the login in Telegram.
- Open Telegram — the bot will send you a login confirmation request.
- Tap Confirm.
- Return to your browser — you will be automatically redirected to your profile page. ✅ Done.
Logging In with Email and Password
If you already have an email and password set, simply enter them on the login page. No additional confirmation is required.
Registration via Email
To register using email go to the registration page: https://novikoins.com/register (or click Register new account on the login page).
- Enter your full name (e.g. David Cedeno)
- Your email address
- Create a password
- Click Sign up
You will see a message indicating that a confirmation email has been sent.
Open the email from barterx911@gmail.com.
Click the confirmation link in the email. You will then be redirected to your Novikoins profile page. ✅ Done.
What’s Next?
On your profile page:
- Add your Telegram username.
- Click Save.
❗️⚠️After saving:
- a Link Telegram button will appear on your profile
- a notification will appear in the notification bell with a link to complete the connection
Clicking the notification link or the Link Telegram button will redirect you to Telegram to finish linking your account.
🚀 After registering via Telegram or email and completing all steps, you will be able to use Novikoins not as a guest, but as a full member of the community.
