🎟 Promo Codes & Discounts

You can now get a discount on your favorite Novicoins item!  Previously, discounts were only available for purchases from external partners — but now, promo codes also apply to physical products within the platform itself, from merch to other tangible goods.  

How it works

Activate your promo code right in the shop. Enter the code on the checkout page before confirming your purchase.
  1. The discount is applied automatically.
  2. Depending on the code type, it can either deduct a fixed amount in coins or a percentage of the price. 
  3. One code = one discount. Each promo code can only be used once. Once it’s applied to a purchase, it becomes invalid.
  4. Local vs. Global codes. Promo codes can be:  🏠 Local — from the specific community — valid only within your specific “world” (organization); 🌍 Global — visible across all worlds a.k.a. Communities.
  5. The system will automatically recalculate the price and show the new total before Novicoins are deducted. Only physical items are supported. 

Bonus: It’s now easier for admins too — they can mass-generate unique promo codes in Excel, for example, for event participants or holders of special achievements. Just open the Promo Codes section in the shop admin panel!
